Everlittle

Privacy Policy

Effective July 9, 2026 · Last updated: July 9, 2026

Everlittle ("the App") is developed by Data Action Studio ("we," "us," "our"). Everlittle is built so that your family's memories belong to your family alone: we operate no servers, require no accounts, and never receive, see, or collect the content you create. This policy explains where your data lives, what device permissions the App uses, and the choices you have.

The Short Version

Everything you record in Everlittle — names, birthdays, photos, videos, voice recordings, notes, milestones, and vault messages — is stored on your device and in your own Apple iCloud account, and is shared only with the family members you personally invite. None of it is ever transmitted to Data Action Studio. We collect no analytics, show no ads, and use no third-party tracking of any kind.

Information the App Stores (and Where)

When you use Everlittle, you may choose to record:

All of this is stored in the App on your device and synced through Apple iCloud (CloudKit) under the iCloud account of the person who created the child's timeline. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Data Action Studio has no ability to access it.

Family Sharing

A child's timeline is private to its creator until they explicitly invite family members using Apple's iCloud sharing. Invited participants can view and add memories for that child. Sharing is always by invitation only — there is no public visibility, no discovery, and no way for anyone outside the invited family to see a timeline. The timeline's creator can stop sharing or remove participants at any time through the share settings in the App.

Device Permissions

Each permission is optional and requested only when first needed; you can change any of them later in iOS Settings.

What We Collect

Nothing. The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party services other than Apple's own iCloud and notification infrastructure. If you email us for support, we receive only what you send us, and we use it only to help you.

Children's Privacy

Everlittle is made for parents, grandparents, and adult family members to keep memories of the children in their lives; it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — child or adult. Information about children recorded in the App is created and controlled entirely by their own family, within that family's iCloud.

Data Retention and Deletion

You are in full control. Deleting a memory or a child's timeline in the App removes it from iCloud for every family member it was shared with. You can also remove all of the App's iCloud data from iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. Because we hold no copies, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
