Concert Hero ("the App") is developed by Data Action Studio ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.
Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifier, collected when you create an account via Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email.
Location information: your home location (ZIP code, city, or GPS coordinates, as you choose) and your selected search radius, used to find concerts near you. Precise GPS location is only collected if you choose that option instead of ZIP/city.
Music preferences: favorite artists and genres you select, used to personalize concert recommendations and notifications.
Concert journal content: photos, notes, ratings, attendee names, favorite songs, and ticket prices you choose to add to your personal concert history. This content is provided entirely at your discretion — the App does not require it.
Subscription status: whether you hold a free or Premium subscription, managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Apple handles all payment processing.
Push notification tokens: a device identifier used to deliver concert alerts (new shows, on-sale notices, upcoming-concert reminders) through Apple's push notification service.
To create and maintain your account; to search for and display concerts near your chosen location; to personalize recommendations based on your favorite artists and genres; to send the notifications you've opted into; to store and display your concert journal; and to provide customer support if you contact us.
We share limited information with the following services in order to operate the App:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You can delete individual journal entries, photos, or your entire account at any time from within the App. Deleting your account removes your account information and journal content from our systems, except where retention is required by law or already present in routine backups, which are overwritten on our provider's regular backup cycle.
Concert Hero is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can decline location access and manually enter a ZIP code or city instead. You can control notification types individually in Settings. You can decline to add photos or notes to your concert journal.
We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
